TOPIC: WALKING IN THE GLORY
Texts: 1 Corinthians 15:41-43, John 17:22, 2 Corinthians 3:8, John 17:5, Psalm 4:2, Romans 3:23
MESSAGE:
You need to apply the knowledge of walking in the glory of God. Everyone carry glory we can never be the same because we all have our functions. No reason to envy one another. We have different profession and shine according to your professional glory. The shining of one does not stop the other but you all have your season of shining.
There are different types of glory, if you cause confusion everywhere you have not known Christ and have not discovered God’s glory. You need to understand everyone around you, don’t cross boundaries. There are things to overlook if you really want to live long. We are changed. Be cautious of who you are in order to walk in glory. You are not just an ordinary being, you carry glory.
Identify the area of your glory. Either in business or in your carrier, your glory will not shine everywhere, it has a particular area to manifest and shine .Failure to discover your area of glory brings suffering to your life, which becomes a challenge. Joseph was a born leader, he was cautious of who he was and he manifested his glory. Pray for God’s direction to know where you belong.
Don’t compare because you don’t have the same glory. Your glory could be higher, because every glory has a season to shine.
THINGS THAT CAN HINDER GLORY
When you run after vanity, nothing about God in your life can stop you from manifesting your glory, you need to seek first the kingdom of God. Failure to live some certain things can hinder your glory. Jehu was worshipping idolatry so his glory was stopped. God killed the children of Eli when they disobeyed, their glory was cut off.
Sin will cut off the glory of God from your life, anytime you sin, your glory is affected because it takes glory to shine.
